SHIPPING policy
We ship worldwide and provide 3 shipment methods.
The cost will depend on the weight and the country.
Our shipping method:
1. EMS Indonesian post (<1kg start from US$ 16)
products are delivered within 7 - 10 business days
*At this moment available only ship to Australia.
2. DHL Express (<1kg start from IDR 750K for wholesale order)
products are delivered within 3 -5 business days
3. Regular Post Indonesia
products are delivered within 10 - 18 days (unavailable during the pandemic)
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase from Simply By Ruthie, please contact us within 14 days and we will give you a refund for the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
We will accept return and exchange for items that are in new condition and free damage by the customer. Returns of damaged items will be received from an incorrect size or model of the stone and items will be damaged when received.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs
Payment Method
TransferWise gives you an easy and fast transaction within 1-2 days from bank to bank as well as free of charge for the first payment using Transferwise.
For the next transactions will be charge 1,6% of the amount you send.

For the payment by PayPal it takes 4.5% charges of the amount you will send (This fee only for the wholesale order)
